STEPWAY CIO is a charity that supports all veterans and their families in civilian life, no matter their background or situation. Offering services that help prevent adjustment disorder and have a proven record of saving lives. They use gardening, nature and arts & crafts among other tools to do their fantastic work.
The Vale Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre is a small charity based in Gloucestershire, and I have taken a few patients to them over the years. Nature helps us so much with our wellbeing, we can give something back here.
