All my products have been lovingly picked out or made by myself. Each of the items represent my own passion and enthusiasm, or are simply rare finds that I wanted to show the world. You will only find things here that I personally love, and wish to share the joy of with you.

I do my best to source sustainable & ethical items, and send them out in reused and/or reusable packaging. I do my best to minimise any environmental impact.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Postage & Packing Charges:

Items are shipped by either Royal Mail or Evri, unless other stated. Postage is a flat rate of £4.99 per order.

Processing Time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Most items will be dispatched within three working days, items that I’ve made with resin can take up to four weeks to cure, please see individual products. Custom items may take just over a month if materials have to cure – please contact me so we can discuss your requirements. Prints of my art will be dispatched as soon as my local printer can accommodate your request, this is dependent on how busy they are but it will be faster than resin cures! Pre-orders are dependent on my suppliers.

Refunds & Returns

I gladly accept returns. My refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to me within 14 days of delivery.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items like earrings and toothbrushes (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Greetings Cards
  • Items marked “Sold As Seen” – these cannot be returned as faulty for the same reason they were sold at a discount for, in other words the imperfection(s) listed and photographed on the website.
  • Items discounted in the sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received (within 14 days of delivery) and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. Faulty items can be either replaced or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@nourishflourishuk.com to make me aware of the issue and ask for the postal address once the replacement has been agreed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email me at care@nourishflourishuk.com to agree the return, the postal address will then be given to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping costs for getting the item to you are non-refundable. If you originally received free shipping, then these shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Should there be any discrepancies in stock control or if I find that the quality of stock in storage doesn’t meet my high standards whilst picking and packing, then I will contact you to either offer a substitute or cancel the order.
